Plan 1 (PDF)
Shows an event where the Banquet Room includes a head table set for 8 persons, 8 people at each of 25 5-foot round tables, and a dance floor. The Lobby is setup as a lounge area using 30-inch round tables (standing use) and one of the facility’s 3 portable bars. The Meeting Room is arranged as a round table setting using 6 rectangular tables with 4 chairs each.
Plan 2 (PDF)
Shows 2 more 5-foot round tables in place of the dance floor in the Banquet Room, additional 30-inch round tables and a second portable bar in the Lobby, and the Meeting Room with 12 rectangular tables for a classroom setting.
Plan 3A (PDF)
Has adopted a presentation format for the Banquet Room and Meeting Room. This Banquet Room arrangement is also suitable for a wedding ceremony, or the head table can be replaced with the projection screen for a movie theater performance.
Plan 3B (PDF)
Has added tables to the rows of chairs in the previous example, which is more suitable for a classroom application. One of the portable bars and 12 5-foot round tables have been placed in the Lobby and Meeting Room for more private discussions or casual dining.
